Revision of the "two rules" for the southern region

There are 73 articles in this revision, and the main revisions include: First, to do a good job of convergence with national policies. According to the series of policies and relevant industrial standards issued by the state around the construction of new power systems in recent years, some of the articles have been improved. Second, improve the relevant working mechanism. Absorb the contents of the notices issued in recent years on the reporting of results, information disclosure, dispute handling, etc., and improve the relevant workflow; at the same time adjustingrenewable energyExpressions of content otherwise provided for in the powers and functions of the regulatory body, and clarification of the relevant work interfaces. Thirdly, specific assessment and compensation clauses have been refined. Taking into account the cases of appraisal disputes in recent years, it has supplemented the relevant appraisal exemptions and adjusted some of the appraisal and compensation clauses. Through this revision, the completeness and relevance of the two rules have been further enhanced.
