On May 19, the typical cases of energy green and low-carbon transformation were released and technical exchanges were held in Beijing, and the Chief Engineer of the National Energy Administration, Xiang Haiping, released the typical cases and the Compendium of Typical Cases of Energy Green and Low-Carbon Transformation.

On April 2, the National Development and Reform Commission (NDRC) released on its official website the Implementation Measures for the Division of Distribution Areas for Incremental Power Distribution Business.

The HCM City Development and Reform Commission has issued an announcement on the public solicitation of opinions on the Implementation Plan for the Carbon Peak Pilot Program in HCM City (Draft for Opinion).
