Recently, the General Office of the Central Committee of the Communist Party of China and the General Office of the State Council issued the Action Program for Effectively Reducing the Cost of Logistics for the Whole Society, and issued a circular requesting all regions and departments to conscientiously implement it in the light of the actual situation.

On November 19, the Hebei Provincial Development and Reform Commission issued a notice on the work program for distributed PV participation in the electricity market in the south grid of Hebei.

On November 8, the 12th meeting of the Standing Committee of the 14th National People's Congress voted to adopt the Energy Law of the People's Republic of China. This law consists of nine chapters, including general provisions, energy planning, energy development and utilization, energy market system, energy reserves and emergency response, energy science and technology innovation, supervision and management, legal responsibility, bylaws, etc., since January 1, 2025 shall come into force.

On November 9, 2024, Xinhua released the Joint Declaration of the People's Republic of China and the Republic of Indonesia on Advancing the Comprehensive Strategic Partnership and Building the China-Indonesia Community of Destiny.

On October 30, the National Development and Reform Commission and other six departments issued guidance on vigorously implementing renewable energy substitution actions. The document clearly establishes a sound price mechanism for energy storage. Steady and orderly promotion of distributed new energy generation to participate in market-oriented trading, and promote distributed new energy consumption in the vicinity.

On October 30, the National Energy Board issued a notice on improving the grid-related security capacity of new energy and new grid-connected subjects to serve the high-quality development of the new power system.

On October 24, the National Development and Reform Commission (NDRC) and other departments issued a notice on the Work Program for Improving the Carbon Emission Statistics and Accounting System.
