The Department of Electronic Information of the Ministry of Industry and Information Technology guided the China National Institute of Electronics Standardization to officially release the "Carbon Footprint Database and Accounting Platform for Photovoltaic Industry Products" in Beijing, marking the initial establishment of China's photovoltaic industry carbon footprint accounting system.

The National Development and Reform Commission (NDRC) issued the "Implementation Program for the Construction of a National Green Development Demonstration Area in the Sino-Singapore Tianjin Eco-city (2024-2035)," which involves the photovoltaic sector, and the Program proposes to vigorously develop the green building industry. Strengthen green technology research and development and industrialization, and actively introduce low-carbon buildings, ultra-low-energy buildings, assembly buildings and other upstream and downstream enterprises in the construction industry.
