In order to implement the "National Standardization Development Outline", "14th Five-Year" Intelligent Manufacturing Development Plan and other relevant deployments, play a leading role in supporting standards, and promote the use of standardization by manufacturing enterprises to organize production, operation, management and services. The National Standardization Administration Committee and the Ministry of Industry and Information Technology jointly carried out the pilot work of applying intelligent manufacturing standards in 2022. After the procedures of enterprise declaration, local recommendation, evaluation and social publicity, 59 pilot projects on the application of intelligent manufacturing standards, such as the Pilot Project on the Application of Standards for Massive Personalized Customization of Industrial Control Systems, were selected (see annex).

Adapt to the trend of industrial upgrading and green consumption new demand, China's new energy automobile industry has entered an accelerated stage of development. China Association of Automobile Manufacturers data show that from January to June this year, the production and sales of new energy vehicles both exceeded 1.2 million, reaching 1.125 million and 1.206 million, respectively, with year-on-year growth of two times. Compared with the same period in 2019, production and sales increased by 94.4% and 92.3% year-on-year.
