The main contents of the Action Program for Effective Reduction of Logistics Costs for the Whole Society are as follows.
Reducing social logistics costs is an important measure to improve the efficiency of economic operation, and is of great significance to building a high-level socialist market economic system, accelerating the construction of a new development pattern and promoting high-quality development. I. General requirements

The main objectives are: by 2027, the ratio of total social logistics costs to GDP will be reduced to about 13.5%.
