On September 3, the National Energy Administration (NEA) released the Announcement on the Status of Newly Established New Energy Power Generation Projects in July 2024 in China.
The announcement shows that in July 2024, a total of 4,647 new energy generation (excluding household PV) projects were added in the country, including 82 wind power projects, 4,529 photovoltaic power generation projects (170 centralized photovoltaic power generation projects, and 4,359 commercial and industrial distributed photovoltaic power generation projects), and 36 biomass power generation projects.
