On August 28, the National Development and Reform Commission issued the "Implementation Plan for the Construction of the National Green Development Demonstration Area in the Sino-Singapore Tianjin Eco-city (2024-2035)," which involves the photovoltaic field, and the "Plan" puts forward to vigorously develop the green building industry. Strengthen green technology research and development and industrialization, and actively introduce low-carbon buildings, ultra-low-energy buildings, assembly buildings and other upstream and downstream enterprises in the construction industry. Promote the R&D and industrialization of thermal insulation and fireproof materials, photocatalytic self-cleaning functional materials, energy-saving glass curtain walls, embedded photovoltaic, integrated solar water heaters, etc., and cultivate specialized enterprises and general contractors with the ability to provide system design, equipment sets, engineering construction, commissioning and operation, and maintenance and management services. Encourage the research, development and application of key technologies such as energy-saving design and analysis of software and hardware, flexible power distribution, power quality management, new DC distribution network protection, optical storage and direct flexible energy saving, renewable energy building integration and intelligent construction.
Continuously promote the development of the green energy industry. Increase the development of green energy technologies, and encourage the development and production of key technologies and components such as high-efficiency photovoltaic cells, electric core technologies, offshore wind motors and sensors.
Vigorously developing non-fossil energy. Accelerating the development of distributed photovoltaic, making full use of the roofs of new buildings and stock of buildings for distributed photovoltaic development, and realizing that building photovoltaic can be built when it is appropriate to do so. Promote the innovative application of high-ratio intelligent photovoltaic, and carry out demonstration and promotion in the fields of industry, construction and transportation.
