Shanghai's offshore photovoltaic development and construction program of "wind and light in the same field".

I. General requirements

II. Construction objectives

III. Priority tasks
1. Create offshore photovoltaic clusters with wind and light fields. 6. Collaborate to ensure the safe and standardized implementation of the project.
