On August 19, Jiangsu Development and Reform Commission issued a notice on the template of distributed PV special distribution network planning program for counties (districts) in our province. In the face of the installed scale of distributed photovoltaic in Jiangsu Province, according to the status quo of distributed photovoltaic development, resources, load level and grid carrying capacity, targeted to do a good job in the planning of distributed photovoltaic projects within the grid consumption program.
Counties (districts) should analyze the development profile of source and load resources in each place, such as distributed PV development mode and output characteristics; centralized power supply scale status quo, output characteristics and future additions; electric load status quo resources and development.
Analyze the size of medium and high-voltage distribution network equipment in each region, the situation of backward transmission, as well as assessing the current electricity load and forecasting the electricity load for the next two years.
In the assessment and analysis of grid distributed PV carrying capacity, the final predicted scale needs to be formed by townships and administrative villages, such as the total number of households, the number of households, the development ratio and other indicators. To illustrate the remaining access capacity at the substation level, distribution substation level and line level, taking into account the "short-board effect", and illustrate the remaining access capacity of household distributed at each level of the current distribution grid. According to the power supply matching relationship between each distribution substation and each county village and town, sort out the remaining access capacity of distributed PV in each village.
