Head of NEA attends World Economic Forum special session

From April 27 to 30, at the invitation of Saudi Arabia's Ministry of Energy, He Yang, deputy director of the National Energy Administration, led a delegation to Saudi Arabia to attend a special meeting of the World Economic Forum.

  During the meeting, He Yang introduced China's energy transformation development achievements and experience. He suggested breaking up trade protectionism and unilateralism, establishing a fair, just and transparent international energy trade mechanism, promoting the accelerated promotion and deployment of products and equipment conducive to energy transformation, and calling on all countries to strengthen international cooperation in energy financing and technology, and all countries to actively explore the path of energy transformation that suits their own national conditions. After the meeting, He Yang met with Saudi Energy Minister Abdullah Aziz and the relevant persons in charge of Saudi Nuclear Energy City and Atomic Energy Regulatory Agency for an in-depth exchange of views on China-Saudi energy cooperation.

  The person in charge of the Nuclear Power Division and the International Division of the National Energy Administration participated in the above activities.
