It supports the upgrading and transformation of recycling parks, national "urban minerals" demonstration bases and resource recycling bases, as well as the construction of large-scale standardized recycling stations and green sorting centers, and the recycling of waste materials such as scrap iron and steel, scrap non-ferrous metals, scrap glass, scrap rubber, scrap automobiles, scrap batteries, discarded electrical and electronic products, scrap textiles, retired wind-power photovoltaic equipment, and so on. The construction of green sorting centers and the construction of waste steel, non-ferrous metals, waste glass, waste rubber, waste automobiles, waste batteries, waste electrical and electronic products, waste textiles, decommissioned wind power and photovoltaic equipment, and other waste recycling. Support the remanufacturing of decommissioned equipment. Support agricultural circular economy projects that focus on the resource utilization of agricultural and forestry residues. Support biodegradable plastics, recyclable express packaging, production of "bamboo instead of plastic" products, and recycling of waste plastics. Support the comprehensive utilization of solid wastes such as tailings (co-associated mines), coal gangue, fly ash, metallurgical slag, industrial by-product gypsum, and construction waste.
