Action Program for Upgrading Equipment and Replacement of Consumer Goods by Upgrading Standards

In order to deeply implement the spirit of the Fourth Meeting of the Central Financial and Economic Commission, implement the deployment of the State Council's Action Program for Promoting Large-scale Equipment Renewal and Consumer Goods Replacement, implement a new round of standard enhancement actions, and better support the equipment renewal and consumer goods replacement, this action program is formulated.

I. General requirements

Considering the affordability of enterprises and the acceptance of consumers, we will promote the upgrading of standards in a planned and step-by-step manner, accelerate the improvement of supporting policies for the implementation of standards, and promote the implementation of standards in a forceful and orderly manner.

--Adhering to international standards, standardization and leadership. Second, accelerate the upgrading of energy consumption and emission technology standards, and continue to lead the equipment update

(i) Accelerating the upgrading of energy consumption and efficiency standards. Release national standards for quantitative requirements of product carbon footprints, unify the principles, methods and data quality of product-specific carbon footprint accounting, and formulate standards for carbon labels and carbon footprints of key products. V. Safeguards
