Hangzhou Carbon Peak Pilot Implementation Program

In order to implement the CPC Central Committee and the State Council on the carbon peak carbon neutral strategy decision-making and deployment, according to the national and Zhejiang Province carbon peak implementation program of the relevant deployment requirements, and actively promote the construction of Hangzhou carbon peak pilot city, the development of this program.

12. Promote the clean and efficient use of fossil energy. Promote the clean and efficient use of coal, strictly control new coal-consuming projects, and strictly implement coal reduction and substitution in new, renovation and expansion projects.
